The City and County offer business and industry
the considerable advantages of a California State Enterprise Zone. The
Enterprise Zone encompasses approximately 27 square miles, 9,789 acres
of industrial land and 1,000 acres of commercial properties within the
City of Stockton. Companies locating or expanding within the Enterprise
Zone may benefit from financing and tax incentives, development incentives,
business assistance and utility incentives.

A business located in the Stockton/San Joaquin Enterprise Zone can take advantage
