A Full Service WorkNet Center must provide all core and intensive services to job seekers, and core services to employers. Intensive services for employers will be provided through Full Service WorkNet Centers by appointment.
A Satellite Service WorkNet Center must provide job seekers and employer core services, and may provide intensive services for job seekers. Satellite Service WorkNet Centers may also provide services to only certain target groups such as welfare recipients, Non-English speakers, or physically or developmentally disabled individuals. Satellite Service WorkNet Centers providing services to target groups are not required to provide universal access to core services.
A WorkNet Entry Point is a staffed physical location that has one or more computers with Internet connection. One or more of the staff located at the WorkNet Entry Point has completed sufficient training to assist customers to use Internet-based WorkNet Services.
