RAPID RESPONSE - Finding Help for You and Your Employees
If you are facing a lay off or downsizing your workforce, changing its skill mix or anticipating a business closure, Rapid Response services can help you meet your business needs while recognizing the needs of your employees and community

Revolving Loan Fund (RLF) Looking for money to grow your business?
Loans range from $25,000 to $1 Million with fixed rates and flexible terms between 5 to 15 years. The funds can be used for working capital, equipment, leasehold improvements and/or purchase of land or buildings to be used by the business.

San Joaquin County Incubator Loan Program
The RLF, in partnership with the Small Business Development Center (SBDC) offers a loan for businesses with financing needs below the RLF minimum of $25,000.

Enterprise Zone Program (EZ) Does your business qualify?
The Enterprise Zone (EZ) is a partnership between the City of Stockton and San Joaquin County. The EZ encompasses more than 34 square miles, of which 11,325 acres are zoned industrial and commercial. If you are a company that is locating or expanding within the Zone; you may benefit from significant state tax and financing incentives.
